Daniel Pérez Duarte (Huelva 1990)

I began in the photography world thanks to my sister Diana.

All started with our bike expeditions by the natural enviroment of Huelva (in Andalusia, southern Spain), looking for any living being to photograph it with a compact camera.

Of course it had no future. However in 2008 I decided to study middle and upper degree cycles of `Image Laboratory´ and `Image´ in the IES Pablo Neruda of Huelva to learn all I colud, thanks to the teaching of professionals such as Emilio Saenz, Miguel Pérez, Alberto Domínguez, Alberto Sanz or Pepe Mateo.

Since that moment, I have worked as a photojournalist for the local newspaper `Huelva Información´, in addition to several photographic works. Furthermore, I have participated in several collective exhibitions travels around Europe. For years I have been photographic shop assistant, advising clients.

Moreover, it is worth it to mention my participation in several photo contest, obtaining first place in some of them, as "Doñana Natural Life 2017" in the category "Trips around the World".

I´am realy passionated about natural photgraphy itself: landscapes, plants, wildlife... focusing on small details. There is nothing more rewarding than travelling hanging my camera on my shoulder while shooting different places and people.

Recently I have discovered a new world to explore: underwater photography:  A new phase begins...
